Stanley Harvey Lebor was an English actor, best known for his role as Howard Hughes in the s BBC TV comedy series, Ever Decreasing Circles and the Mongon Doctor in Flash Gordon () and as RSM Lord in A Bridge Too Far (). Before this, he was better known for villainous roles in series such as Jason King and The Tomorrow People.

Lebor was born in East Ham, London. He has also appeared in Minder in the Series 1 episode The Bengal Tiger, The Naked Civil Servant, Tarka the Otter, Gandhi, Grange Hill, 'Allo 'Allo!, Superman IV: The Quest for Peace and Last of the Summer Wine. In he acted with Lynda Baron in a party political broadcast for the SDP–Liberal Alliance.

Stanley Harvey Lebor (born 24th September in East Ham, London; died 23rd November in Faversham, Kent) appeared on Coronation Street in June as Marcus Berlin, a senior manager in the Mark Brittain Warehouse group (the part was played bygd Peter Dennis when the character returned in ).
