Posted By: SpellboundIs everyone going to ignore the fact that this story is completely different than the ways he told it in the past? First it was the outfits, then the girls, now everyone was being pissy about money so it was mutually "decided" that he quit?
One of the biggest signs of a liar is someone who can't keep their story straight - and Dave's stories are about as straight as a dog's hind leg.
With that said, I'd be interested in buying it just to get the opinions of Larry, Collin, etc.
To be fair to Dave, it's not the first time I've seen people in rock alter a story, so I don't know if it instantly disqualifies his book from being worthy of a read. Even AC/DC have told differing versions of stories from their past. It wouldn't be in Evans' league of changing stuff, maybe, but still.
